What could cause a difference in inventory quantities between the HITB and historical stock status reports for the same period? I have checked to make sure all transactions from IV30300 are in the SEE30303. Any ideas?

Millions of reasons, focus on the server software and hardware specifications and your network stability, I have a customer who never been able to reconcile SEE30303 to IV30300 as they have server below minimum hardware requirements and huge number of daily transactions.
