SAAS JobQueues not running

Hello,
 
On SAAS and since this morning, the job queues refuse to start without even displaying errors. Restarting the environment does not resolve the issue. I have the same problem in different Sandboxes.Have an idea?

    We have also experimented, we have been placing a Microsoft case for each client environment. What you can do is manually run the queue. But the behavior is as you indicate, it does not show any error and does not execute it.

    We have to wait Microsoft response. The issue is with approval notification, and we have to dedicate one person to run the task manually each 30 minutes...
    Please let's keep in touch if you got an update from Microsoft.

    Are you a partner?  As a Partner you do not have the ability to start a Job Queue in a client environment.  You can only run the Job Queue once for testing, but you are not able to start the Job Queue.  This is documented in the Microsoft docs for Job Queues.
     
    The only way as a partner to start a Job Queue on behalf of a client is to have a BC User on the client's tenant that you can log in with.

    Yes, i'm a partner.
    The customer admin has all the privilege to run and schedule Job Queue. Everything were Ok (since months) until this morning.

    It seems that job queue resumes normally without any action : 
     
     
    it is a little bit freaky....
