search iterm, date created, date received and last sold in same report

I want to be able to search the following fields in one report.

1. ItemLookup Code

2. Date Created

3. Last Received

4. Last Sold

5. Qty on Hand

Is there such a report? Or how do I modify a report such as "Item Value List" to include #2 and #3 which are not currently a part of that report?
