When I go to purchase Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise Edition ( Non Profit Staff Pricing ) from my Organization Microsoft 365 Admin Center --> it doesn't look like the 5 free seats version is available for purchase

Where can I get the Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise for Non profits with the 5 free seats?

Thanks in Advance,

You may want to edit your post to remove your email address so you don't get spammed. :)

Rachel_Ryerson I just sent you an email, I'd be happy to help with the transacting of the donated licenses.

Absolutely, you can work with multiple partners. Since the licenses are a grant, there are no fees. We'd be happy to provide just the licenses for you or talk with your current partner to give them guidance on what they can do to help you directly.

    Hello Ritu,

Thank you for your response. We are working with a MS Partner already. They tried to contact MS Non-profit support to help us set this up, but apparently they are not considered a non-profit partner. Can we work with you to just obtain our licenses? I feel like I have been going in a circle trying to get anyone to help us obtain the five free seats. I have now talked with three MS Partners and so far non of them have been able to help.

Hi Rachel - To access the grant for Dynamics you need to work with a Microsoft partner. If you're not working with a partner, you can use the partner finder tool to locate one near you: https://appsource.microsoft.com/en-us/marketplace/partner-dir

Our company is always happy to help folks out, you can view our listing here: https://appsource.microsoft.com/en-us/marketplace/partner-dir/f7a480f6-6833-4b64-b1fd-db951f1030bf/overview.

Did you ever figure out how to get the 5 free seats? I am having the same issue.

It's my understanding these grants can only be enabled through a cloud solution provider partner billing relationship. Since the grants are free, you can work with your partner to add them, there should be no cost - some partners may choose to charge for consulting time to help you get set up, but that's not a requirement. If you are not already working with a partner, just submit the form on the overview page linked above or you can find it in the Nonprofit Hub under the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform offer section.
