Entitlements are not showing in Customer Service Portal

Hi Experts,

I have configured Customer Service portal and added a new page called 'Entitlements' to list out all the entitlements for the customer. However the list is not showing any records. I try to set the scope to global but still the list shows 'There are no records to disaplay'

Please suggest.

Thanks,

Ravi Kashyap

Did you ever get a resolution on this issue? I'm also experiencing this.

I contacted MS for this and they confirmed its a product issue which will be fixed in coming release.

I ended up displaying the results using fetchxml so haven't tried it again.

    *Update*

Got the response from MS that the issue is fixed in the portal version v8.3.2.77.

    Hope this helps

    Ravi-

    Thanks for the follow-up!

We've basically rebuilt the entity as a custom entity in order to circumvent this issue, however I will keep this in mind for future portal projects.

I have that issue again in portal version v8.3.2.86! Has it happen again?

Hi - Yes I've got the same issue now - did you get a resolution?

I found out there's a 'Site Setting' you can create for Entitlements: HelpDesk/CaseEntitlementEnabled, and in the value type 'True'.

No idea if this will work for you, but it did allow me to see the records.

That’s the odd thing -  I have that setting in there and can see the entitlements when creating a case but when I try to add a new page that lists the entitlements I get nothing

    Unfortunately no.

Microsoft told me to create a new instance and try a new installation but....

I've used Fetchxml with the link above: stoneridgesoftware.com/using-liquid-templates-and-fetchxml-to-retrieve-data-in-a-dynamics-365-online-portal
