We currently use queues and users are able to work on queue items and remove items from the queue. The problem is that if someone in advertantly removes an email from the queue, they are unable to add the emails back to the queue since the button is greyed out. If I log in as CEO Business Manager of the BU, I am able to add items to the queue. What are the permissions needed to be able to add an email to a queue.
