Hi,
We are currently using the product line items within every opportunity for a sale. This is working great and allows us to quote and calculate sales revenue really easily.
Once an opportunity is won, and the account becomes a customer I want to populate the Account > 'Common' > Equipment area with a list of all the items purchased from that opportunity and subsequent opportunities.
Any help would be greatly appreciated as this is one of the main actions I was expecting to be fairly easy.
