I'm trying to located the following inventory item level fields:

  • Created Date (CREATDDT): I currently have this on an inventory/item level Smart List but can't find it anywhere in the item maintenance screens
  • Modified Date (MODIFDT): I currently have this on an inventory/item level Smart List but can't find it anywhere in the item maintenance screens
  • Created User ID (CRUSRID): Not listed in any smart list but I would like to see the user that created the item.

Any help would be appreciated!

I don't think there is a gui interface that shows that info...but they definitely reside in the IV00101 table

    not sure about the CRUSERID

Tools->Resource Descriptions->Tables and the choose Inventory. This will provide a listing of all the inventory tables and then look for IV00101. There is no created user (CRUSERID) field.

    Hi GP_Questionnaire:

These are fields that only exist in the SQL tables - IV00101.  They keep track of these dates for auditing purposes, but you will not find them in the GP User Interface.

The fields are usually available to query in SmartList as columns - since that is a direct connection to the database.

The field Created User ID - is probably in the table - If you are on the right GP version you can use SmartList Designer to directly query the table, otherwise, if you will want to do a bit of direct table querying or write more complex reports, then look into eOne's SmartList Builder.
