Need to create a picklist based off a sales receipt in POS2009.

I'm trying to figure out if we can create a picklist based off a sales receipt in POS2009.  I modified a fullpage xml sales receipt to remove cost information and this would be sufficient, but I can't figure out how to tell POS2009 to use it.  I'd like for it to print with sales receipts or be prompted along with sales receipts.  Also, would like a button in the sales screen to bring up a PickList Search box that I could scan the barcode on a sales receipt to then generate a Picklist.  Any thoughts on this?

This can be done by first setting up the XML to be used as the full page receipt.

    1. Go into Manager view and click on Settings | Register Settings | Receipt Formats.

    2. Click on Full page receipt to open it up.

    3. Click the button in the lower right corner "Select Template"

    4. Choose your modified receipt.

You can then select a printer and choose for it to use the full page receipt and you can have a prompt to ask you to print it.

    1. In Manager view click on Settings | Register Settings | View/Edit Registers.

    2. Double click the register number to go into the properties.

    3. Find the full page printer on the list of available devices and move it over to the selected devices lsit.

    4. You can then choose to have it print the Full Page Receipt format and have it prompt the user to print.

Other terms for this: bill of materials or packing slip.
