Entering RFC number

In Organization Administration/ Legal entities setup under Registration numbers, I need to enter my company's RFC number for Mexico. However, the box is grayed out. What needs updated to make this box editable?

Regarding the issue that you are not able to enter RFC for foreign purposes, please apply the KB4552904 to see if it works.

Hi,

I think it's based on the country region where the legal entity is created.

Country region id will be selected while creating new legal entity. You can see this field on legal entity creation form.

You can find the details about this in legal entity form >> general - localized functionality option.

By default, it will be "Detect using company address".

Company address will be automatically created along with country region id.

If you want to enable this field, Country region id must be set to Mexico.
