Constantly Having To Sign in to MS Dynamics Outlook Add-In

If there is a timeout field I can't find it. I'm constantly having to sign back in /"connecting to your organisation" /"authenticating", etc. nearly every time I want to track an email sent from Outlook to a Dynamics 365 CRM lead /contact. Is this normal? I can't imagine that it is, as it's a frustrating and inefficient waste of time.

    The CRM is online. I have put in a SR to our IT regarding whether they are using a proxy to access the CRM. I'll let you know ...

    Is this CRM Online or OnPremise?

    Do you have any Proxy? If you try to bypass the proxy, do you still see this behavior?
