Receivables Trial Balance Reports "E-Mail options" button greyed out

Hello,

In sales > Reports >Trial Balance when i click on a report to modify there is an "Email Options" button in the lower right corner that is greyed out for a user with a book keeper role. Where do I go to enable E-Mail options for that person?

    Joe,

     

    You can enable disable the email button for a user company combination at field level security.

    Tools >> Setup >> System >> Field Level Security.
