Cannot deploy SSRS Report

Hi All,

I have a problem when deploying SSRS Report from AOT. The Infolog say:

The following components have not been installed or are not configured correctly:
Reporting extensions
Consult your administrator or the documentation.

And then, I try to test from the Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Management Shell with this command:

"Test-AXReportServerConfiguration"

And this is displayed:

And I try to validate the report server from Report Server Configuration in System Administration > Setup > Business Intelligence > Reporting Service > Report Servers, and it was success.

I am also can access the web service URL (http://[SSRSServerName]:80/ReportServer) and the web portal URL (http://[SSRSServerName]:80/Reports).

All the step that I do above is run as administrator but i can't deploy the SSRS Report.

Is anyone can help me?

this is not a Problem with the Server config or reporting Service.

What you Need is a reinstallation of Reporting extensions.

Try deploying below service groups

a) UserSessionService

b) BIServices

c) AIFServices

Then deploy report and share result.

What do you mean by "this"? The error says that you havent installed the AX Report Server Extensions on top of SSRS. You need to install it, as suggested in the first reply.

Dear Nikolaos,

Yes it clearly says that I havn't installed Report Server Extensions or... "EXTENSIONS ARE NOT CONFIGURED".

Report Extensions are already installed, the error came all of sudden when I was deploying the report.

I don't know what I did wrong. But we are restoring it to last working configurations.

It should work fine after that.
