Is it possible in for example in inventory analysis report to have the unit costs displayed with 3 or more decimals instead of two? if so, how?

Aloha Pollux, yes.  Unit Costs are stored in the db as float types.  To change the report you will need to modify the inventory analysis report and change the format of the field to show three decimals.

Can I do that with a user license? or I need devolopers one?

If using SL, that Crystal report may be edited by any user; development toolkit not needed.

Copy report that you want to change to Usr_Rpts

    Open report with crystal reports

identify the field that you want to change

right click on field - format field

    select  your number format

Do this for each field you want changed

I dont think we have crystal reports..So I guess there is no other way to do it without it, like from Navision itself?

The runtime version of Crystal Reports comes with the SL installation CD, so you should have it.

Thanks. This runtime version, if Im not mistaken,  allows me to change the way the data is shown externally, that means Crystal Reports has acces to my databse and creates a report with the numbers rounded. What I would like is to have these rounded numbers displayed in the Analysis view reports in Navision itself. So i guess that it is not possible with the freeware version.

So, this post is on a Dynamics SL forum, and your question is related to Navision.  You are better served posting your question on the Navision forurm.
