Hey,
I am trying to import system users using data management after the sandbox environment was refreshed. When I create the data management import job using the excel file and all required fields I am getting an error. I get the same error when I use 'open in excel' and try to publish a new user.
The error says "Cannot create a record in User Information (SysUserInfo). User ID: *******, ******@****.com. The record already exists.
I tried resetting all the usage data in the environment for all users.
It does work if I recreate a user by going to the Users screen, clicking New, adding their information, and saving. That will add the user and then when I run the data management package it updates that line fine.
Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
