I am trying to import data into a product entity. However, I have to choose one by one the product family for each product / product family. I tried to write in Excel exactly the path (A/B/C) to import into the column field hierarchy, and it cannot be read correctly and returns a blank cell. Do you know how to import data in a product entity to avoid putting every value using forms (new product family, list prices, etc.)? Thank you.
