I am new to this forum and whole Microsoft world. I am not able to install any app on my online CRM, I will explain the problem in details:
I installed app store by using zip file I got from visiting the app store. After clicking the try button on online CRM app store, I get a black overlay on whole web page and after that nothing happens, no error message, no progress and no updates as if it is frozen. I tried calling customer support 3 times but it was not helpful. Does anyone have any idea what problem can be (there are no error messages or logs in browser console.).
Some of the observations:
1) Online CRM is 2016.
2) App store only shows apps with 2015, 2016 is blank.
3) I can't find the link for 2015 online CRM.
4) I am using one month trial of online CRM.
I am trying to make myself comfortable before I step in development.
