Hi,
We are tracing couple of tables in standard database log and one of them is Security user role (we want the system to log the changes to any user role). However, the log shows in dat-company for some reason. This causes problems for us, because we are an export data project which will export the log data out of the system and obviously it's company related. Is this somehow fixable? In normal scenario, if I make a change to role setup it would appear on the company I'm using. Check the pic below.
The underlying table is global (SaveDataPerCompany: No), which means it's shared across all companies and DataAreaId for all records is dat.
This setup is not company related at all. No matter which company you login and assign roles to users, the outcome is exactly the same.
Also when you assign user to role, they have access to all companies by default.
You can link user's role assignment to company/companies, and this data is saved in OMUserRoleOrganization table. But also this table is global and therefore dataAreaId is always dat.
Ok, so I guess the only way to export the security user role -lines with the data export project, is to create the project in dat-company as well.
If data project in other companies doesn't export these rows, yes, then I recommend trying in dat company.
