Suppress Log Message Dialog Box on Running Macro

(0) ShareShare

I've recorded a simple Macro and am now trying to suppress the Dialog box that appears at the end which details how long the Macro took to run, I don't need to see this. A Search suggested inserting the following line as the first piece of code, using Forward Slashes, I thus did

':C:/Users/joe.bloggs/My Documents/Systems/Finance System/Microsoft Dynamics/Macros/macrolog.txt

This is the Directory I wish to place the macrolog.txt file. But when I run it shows an error "Macro Command not found (line # 1)"

What am I doing wrong?

    The entry needs to read:

    Logging file 'C:/Users/joe.bloggs/My Documents/Systems/Finance System/Microsoft Dynamics/Macros/macrolog.txtmacro.log'

Capitalization counts. the word 'Logging' is a capital 'L', and 'file' is a lower-case 'f'.

    Kind regards,

    Leslie
