Am trying to use this two fields values :USRDEFND5 and RATEVARC ....
But i didn't get those values in Microsoft Dynamic gp

I don't believe you are going to see these values if you're looking for them in sales tables. The Rate Variance field is used to do some multi currency valuations and the USRDEFND5 field is marked as "developer use only" in the eConnect documenation.
