As a starting point, you can study by microsoft official course(MOC), available for download in the Partner / Customer Source.

Hi Shreeya, I have taken this MB6-700 Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2 Project exam couple of months ago and I think it is the right time to go for it as prices have been reduced now in India.
Now coming to the type of questions that you can expect is according to the topics given in: https://www.microsoft.com/en-in/learning/exam-mb6-700.aspx
Mostly make yourself comfortable with Basic project features like WBS, Project group settings, Project journals, Invoices, Forecasts and Budgets. Also you will get few real time scenarios to solve from advance project accounting areas like Retainage, Pay when paid, Billing rules etc... Overall questions were distributed across all areas.

Could you also guide me as to what is the format of questions to expect? Multiple choice or subjective questions or anything else?
All questions in any Microsoft Dynamics AX certification will be Multiple choice type only.
