Hi Guys,

We have our call distribution page.& on this page we have given the one action button. button name : sales order.
its works like : when we click on that button ,it will create a new sales order.
And on Call distribution page we have also gave one factbox. For linking this factbox we have passed one Call ID field on Sales order page.
So bascially, whatever sales order is created through that button it will update sales order no. on the factbox .
So my query is ,If that factbox have sales order no, then all the call distribution status to be set as Order Set.

I have the same question (0)

As far as I know this can be done. When you create an order, you can update the Status on the row at the same time.

Hope this can give you some hints.
    Thanks.

    Hi @YUN ZHU ,
When we create an order, I have update the Status on the row at the same time. below is my code.
    but it not works proper.
as per below code, It will update all the call enteries which has no sales order created.
I want only those records need to be updated ,where the factbox have the sales order number.

    Sorry I'm not sure.
Don't use Rec. Declare a new variable and then get the primary key again to see what happens.

    Thanks
