I need the e signature in mobile application so I downloaded the D365 for field service mobile application instead of the dynamics 365 mobile application but it says there for 30 day trial? does that mean, it needs additional payment?

If you have fieldservice installed on your organization, in order to activate the licenses for mobile app, you have to open a ticket as it's mentioned in the link. Then if you have all the required information which is written in the link ( Allocate Field Service mobile licenses to Dynamics 365 organizations) then they will activate the licenses for mobile app with no additional cost.
Sorry I'm confused but thank you for the link. Can you confirm my understanding? If I have a license for field service even if my woodford trial expired I just need to request for activation but there's no additional payment?

It depends if you have fieldservice installed or not. Once the Woodford solution is installed into a Dynamics 365 (online) org, there is a 30-day trial period that begins. When that trial period expires, you will not be able to access the Woodford configuration tool for that org. Then you have to request the license activation from Microsoft. You have to have fieldservice installed in your organization.
