One of our production line is labor intensive & we depend on contractual labor to get the job done.
Which means we can speedup the production by doubling / engaging more labors.
My requirements is to share day wise man count required & Communicate the same to labor contractor in advance (in the way of PO / any system generated document with production order details)
We share labor requirement to contractor 15 days in advance with daily headcount for a month
System should club labor requirement of released / firmed production orders & accumulate total demand of labor next month & release one PO.
Vendor gets information of how many man days to be deployed on each day.
Book cost of exact labor used in respective production order
Please suggest how this will get done in BC.
