SharePoint Integration : Based on entity - can you change the incident folder name?

We have configured SharePoint Online integration using Based on entity and selected Account.

The resultant folder structure means that documents uploaded to a case are actually stored in a folder called incident and, whilst our developers know this is the underlying name for case, our users do not.  They are finding it confusing to see a folder called incident in the Document Associated Grid on Accounts.

Is there any way of changing this folder name to case?
