Batch Management Services Not Starting

I was debugging a batch job code attaching two processes w3wp.exe and batch.exe, the batch.exe ran into some errors in system's code as I included all the modules of the system except our custom ones, so I stopped the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Unified Operations: Batch Management Service last night.

I have already run this SQL command Select * FROM [AxDB].[dbo].[SQLSYSTEMVARIABLES] where dbo.SQLSYSTEMVARIABLES.PARM = 'CONFIGURATIONMODE' to check Maintenance mode and the Value I got was 0 so it isn't in maintenance mode.

Now the service is not starting, and I can't access the dev environment, I can't start the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Unified Operations: Batch Management Service either as I am getting this error 1064 there and we are facing this error in full build/ Db sync in Visual Studio.

Please help.

Hello, the reason why the Batch Service does not start is typically caused by a missing full compile of models (customs)

Try to perform a full build first of all, ignore for now the sync error and try to check the status of compilation.
