Is there an entity for the table PRODCALCTRANS IN d365?

I think not. But you can check it using this two ways:
if you use chrome, you can donwload the following complement:
https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/table-browser-caller-for/nahbldacmaibopfiiaoboloegpobpccn
That shows all the tables and entities published.
Or you can put your dynamics 365 address followed by /data for example:https://YOURADDRESS.sandbox.operations.dynamics.com/data
And this shows you all the entities published.
You can right click on the table on Visual studio and click on 'find references'

No, you have to develop new one. And make it read only because you should not be able to import\update data via data entity in this table.
