Unable to Sign in to Dynamics 365 Business Central - "Technical Issue" Error

I'm encountering an issue when trying to sign in to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central on premise. Every time I attempt to log in, I receive the following error message:

"You cannot sign in due to a technical issue. Contact your system administrator."

A screenshot of the error is attached for reference. I have already tried basic troubleshooting steps like clearing the browser cache, restarting the system, and attempting to log in from different browsers, but the issue persists.

Has anyone faced this issue before? What steps should I take to resolve this? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance for your support!

    Hello

There are a wide number of issues that could lead to this kind of error. Are you the one that installed the system? You need to check the services are running and check settings in IIS.. Start with the event viewer on the server where IIS is running, same for where the server service is running. Is the service running ok? Is the IIS site running ok etc..

Here is a link that shows all the steps to install on-prem - run though these again for the settings to check all is in order. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/business-central/dev-itpro/deployment/install-using-setup

    cheers

    Hi!
I think the issue is related to Business Central Service Status.
Check if the service is started. If its not in the running status then check Business Central Server configuration.

    Hope this will help you.
