Bulk update of Web tracking, wipes out all pre-existing HTML

Hi all,
last week I bulk updated my live forms to add Web Tracking on them. Web tracking does not affect the from HTML. Yet it overwrote all my forms of their existing content, to leave them all blank. All live forms (events, contact forms, ALL) went blank. No warning message (like you would get if switching audience).
I did update a single form with the web tracking feature just before and it generated no issues nor a warning message. Then I decided to carry on and bulk update all forms.

I m still in shock and do not understand why it overwrote the HTML field while it had nothing to do with it.

The only possibility to restore them was with dev support to restore the environment and then restore the form as they were before the error. In the meantime it meant a lot of quick fix to make sure the critical forms that are client facing would not be affected.

Why is even bulk update available on forms if ANY update mean overwriting all ? How could I know it would have overwritten all my fields?

Please feedback and how do I escalate the issue with Microsoft?

There are loads of other feature releases expected to come in Real Time Journey and yet if we cant implement them without fearing to completely erase all work, how are we going to implement those?
I have the same question (0)
