CRM Displaying Fields and Labels in Field Value Fields

Yesterday we pushed a security update to CRM 2015 around noon and weird things started happening with our display. CRM field names and descriptions started appearing, visibly, inside of the field value column. So for example a "name" field would have "name" inside the field value, along with something like "the name of the entity," along with the field value of the name. Also it gives us this error:

<Message>Object doesn't support property or method 'selectNodes'</Message>

and it references

>/_forms/read/page.aspx?_

    OnPrem?  Maybe try recycling the appPool for CRM.

    If online then a ticket may be required.

    Thanks, I opened a ticket with Microsoft, they will be applying a hot fix soon. This is a version .03 update on CRM 2015 on premise.
