Integrate records of CRM entity to sharepoint

Hi Everyone,

I have integrated CRM Accounts entity to sharepoint. Account folder has been created. Now I want to create folders for every record of Account entity. I used https://community.dynamics.com/crm/b/jasonlattimersblog/posts/use-kingswaysoft-and-ssis-to-create-sharepoint-folders but unable to get the existing records of Account entity. If I run the fetchXML package I dont see any records read/write. Can anyone help how to link the records of crm to sharepoint.?

    Hi Swetz,

    You could use Flow to do this job. I've written a blog post about creating folders in SharePoint for accounts.

    Hi,

    You can follow the same blog which you mentioned in your comment.

    Basically, in order to create a folder in SharePoint you would need to perform the following two tasks:

    • Create folder in SharePoint and
    • Create appropriate Document Location record in CRM. If record already exists then use that record.

     

    I think you are not creating Document Location record in CRM.
