Hi
This error message (yellow arrow in picture) keeps appearing in our Dynamics 365 App for Outlook, when we try to quick create a new Contact, Lead or Account.
Why does this happen and how do we remove it?

This error appears when entity information has not been loaded. Is it displayed when you perform any specific operation?
If you always get this error I recommend that you contact our support service about this problem to mitigate.

The error started occurring within the last two-three weeks. It only occurs in the shown example, i.e., when we are viewing an email of a person who is not a Contact or Lead in our system. Does this help?

Since there is no information about this error, it is necessary to analyze the server side information and investigate it further.
Do you handle plugins and workflows for Contact and Lead entities? If you have any problems with the customization timing, please try to change it back.
If it still does not Fix, it is recommended to create Support Ticket.
