Unable to create a cdx environment

When i try to access my CDX environment i get the following error:

"We looked but we could not find your login admin@xxxxxxx associated to a Microsoft partner organisation."

Can anyone help please?

Hello All,

My apologies for the late response and thank you all for your reply.

The issue has now resolved itself and I have no idea how. I can only assume that this issue was due to Microsoft which has now been resolved.
