How to assign a Task to team.

Hi all,

I need to assign a task to my team .

I created a task and click assign to my team. My team has all users added in them.

But that task is not showing in each members My Task View in CRM.

please let me know how to achieve that.

Hello Leonard,

"My Task View" view show tasks where owner is equals to current user and don't include teams to which user belongs. I would suggest to create separated view that will show tasks that belong to teams of current user. Unfortunately it is impossible to combine mentioned tasks in one view using customization.

Hi Andrii Butenko,

Thanks for the help.

I created a seprate view for Tem in the Task .. So now every one is able to see the task if assigned to the team.
