I have a Hosted Control: Main - Case, for which I have set-up a Toolbar for general navigation. The Toolbar contains Buttons: Go Back, Go Forward, and Refresh.
What I'm finding is that the Refresh Button works, but both the Go Back, and Go Forward are not working, each producing an error similar to below.
Both USD and the desktop client are version: 3.1.0.882.
I have attempted an uninstall, and reinstall of the USD desktop client without luck.

I was able to determine what the issue was. After validating USD desktop application requirements, this was an issue running IE v9, instead of a newer version. Once IE was updated to v11, the issue was resolved.
