Wrong Company name when creating from Sandbox

From Sandbox, I create a new company and give it a name (ProdDemo):

It generates the company as expected:

Still generating with right name:

5633.3.png

Once completed....Magic! The name is now "Cronus Canada Inc." (Last on list)
