Accounting Source explorer SubledgerJournalEntryIdentityTransferred

Hi,

When I set a filter in the Accounting Source Explorer for the start date of periods 5 and 6, I receive the following error message:

 

Cannot create a record in SubledgerJournalEntryIdentityTransferred (SubledgerJournalEntryIdentityTransferred). The record already exists
 
However, if I use the dates 7/29/2024 and 8/24/2024, it works fine. As soon as I include 7/28/2024 and 8/25/2024, I encounter this issue.
 
Period 4 and 7 work fine. it really only those two dates.
 
How can i find the issue ?
 
yes i check  Subledger journal entries not yet transferred its empty

    There are no unposted transactions, even if there are, why does the accounting source explorer considers that for the calculations? it should show all transactions irrespective of its status, right?

    Hi,
    Can you try to run consistency check on Ledger transaction to check if you get any more info?
    If yes, please try to re-run the process with "Fix error" function.


    SubledgerJournalEntryIdentityTransferred has relation to SubledgerJournalEntry and therefore it can be related to "Subledger journal entries not yet transferred" form that we have pending transfer:

    I have tried all of the solution below, no success  my guess it related to the settlement feature.
