I added a field to the Accounts entity and then I included it on the form so it is viewable on the frontend. I can see it, but my colleagues cannot. What would help diagnose the issue for people who can't see into the system?

Hi,
Model driven app designer can be used to remove unnecessary forms and select forms which you want to use.

It turns out my colleagues had the account flipped to Sales Insights which I understand to be a specific view, but this customization was only on Account.
Is there a way for it to appear on the different views?
Hi AIOElliott,
First please check whether you and your colleague are in the same environment when viewing.
Then make sure it's the same form.
Finally check to see if a custom Onload function exists.
Hi,
Check if you have multiple main forms.
Ask them to look in correct main form OR you add your new custom field to all main forms .
Form selector can be seen on Top when you open the record to switch to different form
I hope you published your changes .
Also, your colleagues are looking at the the correct Environment, please verify the instance browser URL
