NAV 2015 Web Client - Able to connect using localhost but not with ip address

Dear Friends

We have separate NAV APP server (NAV-APP-01) & IIS Server (NAV-IIS-01).
Web client configuration point to Server Instance running on NAV APP Server.

Dynamics NAV Web Client Delegation done as per below

We can access the webclient using http://localhost:8080/DynamicsNAV/WebClient.

But System give below error if use Server name or ip address
'http://NAV-IIS-01:8080/DynamicsNAV/WebClient'
'A server error has occurred, and the content cannot be displayed. Refresh the page or open a new browser window.'

We tried this on the IIS Server itself.

Error accessing Website Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2015 Web Client
URL: http://NAV-IIS-01:8080/DynamicsNAV/WebClient/
Type: Microsoft.Dynamics.Nav.Types.NavServerNotFoundException
Message: A server was not found at "net.tcp://NAV-APP-01:7046/DynamicsNAV/Service". Either the URL is incorrect or the server is currently not available.

Can anyone please advise to solve this issue.
