    Hi Isaac,

Thanks for the suggestion with disabling the Smartlist Builder and this highlight an issue folder as i had two folders named the same in the Smartlist.

Once i selected correct folder I was able to see the columns. Next is remove the duplicate folder.

Once again appreciate your input and will you keep posted.

    Hey Kantilal,

Thank you for your question today.

The User-Defined Field Labels are used in the Account Maintenance window. These are not used on transactions and will not be able to be add these to the Account Transactions Smartlist. You can add these to the Accounts Smartlist.

The User-Defined Transaction Labels are what will be used on transactions.

Below is the documentation on the newly added User Defined fields for the Account Transactions in General Ledger.

Additional User-Defined Fields - Dynamics GP | Microsoft Docs

If you really need them on the Transaction Smartlist, you will need to link your Accounts Transactions Smartlist to the Accounts Table (GL00100) to pull these fields.

    I hope this helps!

    Thank you!

    Hi Kanti,

I have not personally seen this issue, but here would be 2 things that I would try.

    1. If you have SmartList Builder installed, try temporarily disabling it under Customization Status.
(Microsoft Dynamics GP >> Tools >> Customize >> Customization Status)
After you disable this, keep GP open but make sure that you close and reopen the SmartList window inside of GP.  See if there are now 2 Account Transactions folders (one is our default and the other is a SmartList Builder replica) and verify that the column is not available under both.  If it is missing from one but not the other then you most likely have a SmartList Builder copy saved over the top of our default that is missing the column.

    2. The other thing that you could try when all users are out of the system is making a backup of their DYNAMICS and Company databases and then reinitialize the Account Transactions View.

(Administration >> Setup >> System >> SmartList Options)

    Select Account Transactions, and View.

Then Click Default to reinitialize the columns available for selecting.

If you do not get desired results you would need to restore from your backups.

    I hope this helps!
