My client is using AA for balance sheet and P&L accounts. We recently just closed 2011. The option was set to include balances in the year end close and also to consolidate the balances. Now when they try to run the AA transaction smartlist they only see 2012 year entries, all prior year detail is gone. When they closed 2010 they were still able to run the smartlist and see trx detail for both 2010 and 2011. Is there a separate smartlist I can run to see the detail for 2010 and 2011? Next year do I need to make sure that the consolidate bbf entry box is UNCHECKED?
