Dynamics Schedule Board filter of "Open Requirements" based on a specific Characteristic/Skill

I need to filter the Schedule Board "Open Requirements" for various work areas like Color Dept. Filter needs to be based on certain Characteristics/Skills(s).  A view (vs. Initial Public View) for each work Area may work, but I see you can add additional Tabs next to Open Requirements.  I'm thinking new tabs Open Requirements (Color), Open Requirements (Dept 2)

Create the views that you want to use in the Resource Requirement entity.

Then edit schedule board by clicking on the cog(scheduler settings) near top right.

Select Open tab settings bottom of new window.

    Select Requirements Panel.

Enter name for tab and select view you created and save changes.
