Anyone know of a third party app that can auto start Application Server services if services stop? (Dynamis SL)

On startup, we turned on integrated login so that the App Server session doesn't require a login to get into Dynamics, and then added the AppServer executable (9601000.exe) to the Startup menu on the workstation. The AppServer executable launch causes Parent.exe to launch.
Our Network Administrator did some magic so that the workstation automatically logs in from a power-on sequence.
In earlier versions, we have had issues with length of the AppServer's user ID to get authenticated login to work. We don't have that issue in V7.0 but I don't recall when it got fixed.
