I Cant see cases in my queue

dear all

I have defined different queues and one active automatic routing rule set , I  can see the cases in the queue (as expected) if I click on the queue itself (from administration), but the user who is a member of this queue cant see it.

    Hi,

    Do you change the main view from the default view named "Items I am working on" to the view named "Items available to work on"?
