Individually Editable Email Template

Hello,

I am trying to create a template with sections that are universal for all my clients and then sections that can be personalized before sending to each individual client. Is there a way to do this in Dynamics 365? I have been able to create a template, but when sending directly to one client it won't let me edit any of it before sending.
