How to find the Release Notes for proactive quality updates

Hello Community
How do i find the Release notes for proactive quality updates.

Currently i am trying to understand what has changed in /Proactive Quality Update - 10.0.35/.
 
as per the PQU FAQ page , Proactive quality updates FAQ - Finance & Operations | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Learn
this can be found in an LCS env -> /Available Updates/ section.
 
But right now, I don't have an env that lists /Proactive Quality Update - 10.0.35/ in the /Available Updates/ section.
Is there an alternate way to find the Release Notes for a PQU?
 
I referred this post : Where do I find details of Automatic Quality Updates? (dynamics.com)
Is it still the same way? If so, then this is not user friendly.

    Hi,
    Official documentation shows the PQU build for every train is typically published to Lifecycle Services after the change cutoff date that's shown in the following high-level PQU train schedule.
    The list shows that the change deadline for the 10.0.35 PQU-3 version is October 20, 2023, so you can pay attention to the LCS updates after the 20th. In addition, this official document will be continuously updated with PQU version updates. You can bookmark this official document to get the latest information.
