Dynamics 2018 18.4.1384 (2021) how do I access PO Generator?, I do not see in the Purchasing Section

Hi:

I am trying to learn a quick way to get PO's to work in our system, and I noticed PO Generator on YouTube.

Is this still avail in Dynamics GP 2018 (latest 2021 update version)?

If so how do I allow the system to let us access it?  Or where is it that I might be missing it?

    If you go to Tools->Setup->System->Registration is Purchase Order Processing checked?

    Thanks for the reply.

    But Yes, Purchase Order Processing is checked and seems fully active.

    Is it possible that PURCHAS ORDER GENERATOR is not part of Dyn GP 2018 ?

    Do you have a security roles setup that maybe preventingh this? Are you a POWERUSER?

    I would also check if you have inventory registered. if inventory control is not registered you also cannot use the tool (and it can be missing from the menu)

    Hey Josh:

    Thank you for your suggestions, it got me digging a bit deeper.

    After a closer slower review it was "Automated PO Generator" that was not checked.  I checked this and now it showed up.
