Hi,
I am getting error while trying to add Rackspace webmail server profile. I tried adding it as POP3/SMTP server profile with following details.
Incoming server: secure.emailsrvr.com Port: 995
Outgoing Server: secure.emailsrvr.com Port: 485
Getting following error.

I also tried adding with below alternate settings provided in Rackspace site (support.rackspace.com/.../rackspace-email-and-hosted-exchange-settings) as well and still getting the same error.
Incoming server: pop.emailsrvr.com Port: 110
Outgoing Server: smtp.emailsrvr.com Port: 2525
Can someone help me on this?

Hi Karthick,
Only Gmail and Yahoo! mail are supported in Dynamics 365 online as POP3/SMTP server.
