Hi All!
I am facing an issue in Dynamics 365 Online (version 8.2.1.360).
I have a Business Process Flow on the Opportunity form. On this BPF, I have added the OOB field ‘Account’ (parentaccountid).
For any Opportunity that is created from Lead qualification, this field is locked by the business process flow.
(see screenshot below)
If I create an Opportunity directly, I am able to update this Account lookup field.
There is no script on the form which is disabling the Account lookup field.
Ps: I tried doing the same on Dynamics 365 Online (version 8.2.1.410) and do not see this field locking behavior there. Is this a bug? Or is this due to something else?
