Import Account failed

Hey Team!

Im trying to export contacts and accounts from one CRM environment to a new one.

Both environments are the latest dynamics CRM.

But when I try to import the excel files in the new enviorment i get this error message.

Can someone explain what could be wrong?

    We don't want always the exported file to be in re-import compatible mode. This was a easy step earlier, but not anymore.

    So you have to manually remove those columns like David explained or copy the content & save in a new file to keep the backup & cleaner way.

    When you export data from CRM to Excel, CRM adds 3 hidden columns (columns A, B and C) to the spreadsheet. These are used to allow you to import the data into the same organisation, allowing updates to existing records. However, these columns are the cause of the error above, as this process is not designed to work across organisations. You should be able to unhide and delete the columns from the Excel sheet, then import the data into a different organisation
